APPLICATION FORM AGREEMENT

By signing below, the business agrees to participate in The Hunger Game summer event organized by LET EAT GO and receive full promotional support as outlined.

(We will be accepting applicatins until August 7th 2025)

$60 (excluding Tax)

STAFF INSTRUCTIONS

1. When a customer spends $30 or more, please attach 1 sticker to their stamp card.

2. When placing the sticker, please write the following two details to prevent forgery:

(Staff name & Date of visit)

3. Even if a customer returns, please provide only one sticker per location per card.

4. If a customer submits a completed card with 5 stickers,

the final location (where the 5th sticker is added) must collect the card.

At that time, make sure the customer fills in their:

(Full Name, Phone Number, and Email Address)

Please submit the completed card to the LET EAT GO team.

(Our team will visit your location to collect the submitted cards.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions for Restaurant Participation
LET EAT GO _ Hunger Game
Organized by Agora Entertainment Ltd

By submitting an application to participate in the event LET EAT GO _ Hunger Game, the participating restaurant (“Participant”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

1.⁠ ⁠Event Overview
LET EAT GO _ Hunger Game is a promotional and entertainment event designed and hosted by Agora Entertainment Ltd (“Organizer”), intended to engage the public through food-based challenges, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility
Restaurants must be legally operating, hold all required business and food safety licenses, and agree to actively participate in the event’s programming, marketing, and promotional activities.

3.⁠ ⁠Agreement to Terms
By registering for the event, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to abide by all guidelines, timelines, and procedures outlined by the Organizer. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without compensation.

4.⁠ ⁠Participation Fee & Payment
All fees associated with participating in the event must be paid in full at the time of registration.

5.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Once a restaurant has confirmed participation and submitted payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the Participant, withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with event outcomes.

6.⁠ ⁠Cancellation or Modification
Agora Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any aspect of the event at its sole discretion. In such cases, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify participants promptly. However, no refunds will be provided.

7.⁠ ⁠Use of Brand & Content
The Organizer reserves the right to use the name, logo, images, and event-related media of participating restaurants for promotional purposes related to LET EAT GO _ Hunger Game. Participants grant the Organizer a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such materials.

 

8.⁠ ⁠Liability
Participants agree that Agora Entertainment Ltd will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from participation in the event. All restaurants participate at their own risk.
